Automation events

Your system reports the event, OmniMessage sends the message

Shops and plugins report what happened, such as an order paid or a cart left behind. You write the messages in the console, per event and per language, and change them without touching the shop.

  • One endpoint for every platform, plus signed native webhooks from WooCommerce and Shopify.
  • A delay, quiet hours, consent rules and a fallback channel for each automation.
  • A preview filled in with the last real event, and a log of every event and the message it produced.
